摘 要:为了研究离心泵叶片出现局部磨损破坏现象的原因,以甘肃景电二期所用的1200S56双吸离心泵为研究对象,基于Navier-Stokes方程和标准的k-ε湍流模型,利用Fluent软件对双吸离心泵固液两相流动进行数值模拟,通过对比清水工况下的实验和数值模拟结果,发现泵的扬程和效率误差均在3%以内,验证了数值模拟的可行性与准确性。通过分析在输送不同流体(清水和含沙水)时泵的内部流场发现:离心泵在不同工况运行时,回流出现在叶片的位置不同。大流量工况的会留位置与叶轮实际磨损位置一致。回流引起的磨损是导致离心泵叶片入口位置穿孔破坏的主要原因。For studying reason that centrifugal pump blade is worn and damaged,the 1200S56 double suc- tion centrifugal pump used in Gansu Jingdian Phase two is used as research object; based on Navier-Stokes equation and standard κ-εturbulence model, numerical simulation of solid liquid two phase flow in double suction centrifugal pump is conducted by using Fluent software,and by comparing experiment under clear water working condition and result of numerical simulation,we found that error of both pump lift and effi- ciency under 3 ~,verifying possibility and accuracy of numerical simulation.When analyzing inner flow field of pump under the situation of transporting different fluids (clear water and sandy water), we found that position of backflow in blade is different with different working condition of centrifugal pump. The back- flow position of mass flow is in accordance with real wearing position.Centrifugal wear caused by backflow is the main reason causing boring damage of blade inlet.
