摘 要:通过搭建管道泄漏试验模拟平台,结合声发射(AE)技术,对管道泄漏AE信号的影响因素和初步定位技术进行了分析研究。探讨了传播距离、泄漏孔径、压力与AE信号之间的关系,通过相关分析法实现管道泄漏的定位。结果表明:AE信号频谱幅值随传播距离的增大呈衰减趋势;泄漏信号的频率随泄漏孔径的增大向低频集中,随压力的增大向高频扩展;传感器间距较小时,互相关分析法能够得出理想的定位结果。Through building a pipeline leak test simulation platform,combined with acoustic emission(AE) technology, the influence factors and preliminary location technology on AE signal of pipeline leakage were analyzed.The relationship between the propagation distance,the leakage aperture,the pressure and the AE signal was discussed, and the location of the pipeline leakage was realized by the correlation analysis meth- od.Results showed that the spectrum amplitude of AE signal was decreasing with the increase of propaga- tion distance;the frequency of the leakage signal centralized to the low frequency with the increase of the leakage aperture, and extended to the high frequency with the increase of the pressure;the cross correlation analysis method can obtain the ideal result in the case of the sensor spacing was smaller.
