摘　　要：综述了近年来研究人员在动物源性中药材物理性状、指纹图谱鉴定、色谱、光谱分析以及DNA条形码、PCR扩增等技术方面的研究进展,从而为动物源性中药材质量鉴别提供科学依据,保障食品安全。To provide research foundation for the scientific distinguishing animal-origin Chinese medicine products from the fakes and inferior products,at the same time,to further protect consumers health,the recent research progress on their physical characterizations,the fingerprinting identification,chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis,DNA amplification,barcoding and sequencing identifying technologies are reviewed in this article.
