摘　　要：随着联合国《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》在全球范围内实施工作的逐步推进,越来越多的国家将其对于化学品危险特性分类和危险信息公示的要求纳入了国家立法。在国际贸易中,对于我国化工企业如何编制符合贸易国化学品管理要求的危险公示标签,已成为突破国外技术性贸易壁垒的重点问题。以符合各国化学品管理要求为基本原则,以《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》标签要素规定为设计逻辑,以C#为开发语言,Client/Server为架构,.net framework为开发平台开发的具备高效批量处理能力的危险公示标签编制系统,可很好地解决上述问题,具有良好的商业推广价值。With the implementation of the United Nations Globally Harmonized System ot Classltlcatlon and Labeling of Chemicals （GHS）,an increasing number of countries have incorporated their requirements for the classification of hazard characteristics and publication of hazard information into national legislation. In the international trade,how to compilate the dangerous public label which conforms to the chemical management requirements of the destination country has become a key problem to break through the foreign technical trade measures. To meet the national chemical management requirements for the basic principles,GHS label elements required for the design logic to C # for the development of language, Client/Server architecture,the .Net framework for the development platform for the development of effi- cient batch processing capacity of the risk of publicity label preparation tools,can be a good solution to these problems. It has a good business promotional value.
