摘 要:试验旨在研究病死畜禽无害化处理机械的先进性、经济性、可靠性、适用性和安全性。通过依托病死畜禽无害化集中处理场收集20个批次的处理生产试验数据,总处理病死动物19.9 t,总处理班次时间480 h,总耗电量5 457 k W·h,电费4 092.75元,消耗菌剂和辅料(锯末)费用分别为900元、12 442.2元。对该数据分析后证明该设备的先进性、经济性、可靠性、适用性和安全性符合生产要求,可以大面积推广。The present study is aim to investigate the advancement, economy, reliability, applicability and safety of bio-safety disposal machinery. The data of 20 trial batches from bio-safety disposal site showed that totally 19.9 tons of animal body was disposed and spend 480 hours, meanwhile, totally consumed 5 457 kW.h, electricity which cost 4 092.75 RMB, bacterium which cost 900 RMB and accessory which cost 12 442.2 RMB. The analysis of these data showed that the bio-safety disposal machinery is advanced, economical, reliable, applicable, and safe, it can be popularized widely.
