摘 要:为了解厦门市部分猪场猪弓形虫的感染情况,在不同猪场随机采集478例不同日龄猪血样,分离血清后采用弓形虫病间接血凝试验(IHA)进行血清学检测。结果显示:受检的478例样本中检出猪弓形虫病抗体192例,阳性率为40.17%。其中35日龄猪的阳性率为22.02%,90日龄猪的阳性率为31.41%,哺乳母猪的阳性率67.52%。结果表明,各猪场不同日龄猪都有一定程度的弓形虫感染,而哺乳母猪的感染率最高。In order to investigate the epidemiology of Toxoplasma gondii in Xiamen, a total of 478 serum samples from 478 pigs of dif- ferent day-ages from different farms of Xiamen were collected for detection of the antibody using IHA. The data showed the 192 pigs were infected with swine Toxoplasma disease and the serum positive rates for Toxoplasma were 40.17%. Among these infected pigs, the serum positive rates for Toxoplasma were 22.02%, 31.41% in 35 and 90 days pig,and 67.52% in milking sow, respectively. Con- clusively, our data demonstrated that the Toxoplasma infection remained an existing problem in pigs of different day-ages from differ- ent farms of Xiamen, and the positive rate of the antibody in group of milking sow was significantly higher than other two groups.
