打造区域产业集群、共建国际物流大通道研究——基于SWOT-PEST矩阵分析

摘　　要：随着我国经济与世界经济接轨,区域内协调发展成为经济增长的重要渠道。合肥和沿江地区作为"一带一路"、长江经济带、皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区的重要组成部分,联手打造区域产业集群、共建国际物流大通道对推动自身乃至安徽省、中部六省、长三角地区发展具有重要意义。运用SWOT-PEST矩阵法,综合分析了合肥和沿江地区在政治、经济、社会和技术因素影响下联手打造产业集群、共建国际物流大通道的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,全面梳理了区域内各城市重点产业,因地制宜地定位各地区产业集群,进而从优势机遇、劣势威胁、优势威胁和劣势机遇四个方面提出策略建议。With China＇s economy was accelerated to link with the world＇s economy, coordinated development in regions became an important way for economic gain, Hefei and Along the Changjiang River Area as an important part of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, the Changjiang River Economic Belt, and the industrial transfer demonstration region of the Wanjiang City Belt, building industry cluster and constructing international logistics chan- nel had great significance for the development of the area, Anhui Province, six provinces in Central China and Changjiange River Delta. This paper an- alyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of building industry cluster and constructing logistics channel in Hefei and Along the Changjiang Rive Area under the influence of politics, economy, society and technology factors, recognized primary industry of each city in this area, orientated industry clusters in each area rationally and put forward some suggestions from SO, WT, ST and WO strategies.
