摘　　要：本文通过对某框架-核心筒结构高层写字楼的结构方案进行计算分析,进而针对原结构方案缺点进行优化设计并建模分析。通过对比分析对原结构方案和优化后的结构方案在结构性能、经济性等多方面的相对关系,进行结构方案的比选。本文可为类似工程的结构方案设计提供参考。In this paper, the structural scheme of a high-rise office building with the use of a frame- core tube structure was calculated and analyzed, and then the shortcomings of the original structure scheme were analyzed and optimized. After analyzing the relative relationship between the original and optimized structure in the aspects of structural performance, economic, etc. , the more suitable structural program was chosen. This paper can provide a reference for the structural design of similar projects.
