摘 要:研究了聚合氯化铝、硫酸铝、氯化铝等3种铝盐类絮凝剂对油田采出水的絮凝能力,通过处理前后油含量、悬浮物含量、悬浮物粒径中值的变化来评价絮凝剂的絮凝能力。采用扫描电镜测定了3种絮凝剂的絮体大小及形状,分析了絮体形态对絮凝效果的影响。试验结果表明:聚合氯化铝的絮凝能力强于硫酸铝和氯化铝,而硫酸铝和氯化铝的絮凝能力相差不大。The flocculation ability of three kinds of aluminum salt flocculants, polymeric aluminum (PAC), aluminum sulfate [ Al2 ( SO4 ) 3 ] and aluminum chloride ( AlCl3 ), for oilfield produced water have been investigated. The flocculation ability of flocculant is evaluated by the change of oil content, suspended matter content and particle size. The shape and size of three kinds of flocculants are measured by scanning electron microscopy, and the effect of flocculants shape on the focculating efficiency is analyzed. The results show that the flocculation ability of PAC is better than that of Al2 ( SO4 ) 3 and AlCl3, and the flocculation ability of Al2 ( SO4 ) and AlCl3 is similar.
