摘　　要：建立学生工作学科群、细化行业标准和明确专业分工、以行动研究为中心提升辅导员个人科研能力,是高校辅导员的专业能力的提升的三个必要条件。There are three necessary requirements for work specialization of college counselors： Building students work subject clots, refining industrial standards and clearing division of labor, and improving personal capacity on scientific research ability centering on action research.
