摘　　要：针对现今人工清点硬币效率低、图像识别清点硬币容易混入假币等问题,文章以发行的第五套人民币硬币为研究对象,设计了一种以51单片机为控制核心,通过称重传感器来识别硬币质量大小,并且通过算法控制步进电机转动4个角度来自动分拣各类币种(包括假币)的硬币分拣机。该硬币分拣机不但实现了对不同硬币的面值识别、分拣功能,同时还实现了假币报警提示、人机交互界面的币种数量显示。Aiming at the low efficiency of inanual coin counting, mixing with counterfeit money easily by using image recognition, This paper based oll the issue of the fifth set of RM B COINS as the research object, designs a coin sorting machine, with 51 single-chip microcomputer as the control core, by weighing sensor to identify the quality of coin size, and through the stepper motor control rotate four angle automatic sorting algorithm （including all kinds of counterfeit currency）. The coin sorting machine not only realizes of value recognition, different coin sorting function, the number of counterfeit currency but also the realization of the alarm and man-machine interface display.
