摘  要:近年来,各类电路故障事件时有发生,给国家、企业和工作人员带来重大的财产损失和人身安全隐患,因此,优化电路设计、完善电路设备、定期维修检测,排除安全隐患是各大企业正常运营,减少或者避免财产损失的唯一途径。文章针对2013年,江西某水泥公司二号窑200 k W鼓风机,2年内已烧毁3次,造成直接经济损失200多万元的案例进行了现场考察和技术资料研究,组织专家和该企业相关工作人员进行研讨会议,得出进一步的电路优化方案。笔者认为继电器的动作时间和释放时间考虑不充分是该故障的根本原因,为此,文章提出了一套新的控制电路进行优化改造,彻底排除电路故障。同时,该电路还实现元器件的节能作用,为企业的长远发展提供了坚实后盾和安全保障。In recent years, all kinds of circuit fault events are occurring, which has brought great damage to property and personal safety hidden trouble to the state, enterprises and workers, theretbre, the optimization of circuit design, perfect of circuit equipment, regular maintenance and inspection and eliminate safety hidden hazard is the only way to ensure normal operation and reduce or avoid damage to property for the enterprise. Based on a case that a blower of 200 kW in No.2 kiln belonging to a cement company has been burned 3 times in 2 years, which has caused direct economic loss more than 2 millions, this paper made a site inspection and technical data study, and a conference has been held to organize experts and relevant staff of the enterprise to get the further optimization scheme. The author considers that the basic cause of the fault is that the action time and release tirne are not fully considered. Therefore, this paper proposes a new control circuit to optimize the transformation, completely eliminate the circuit fault. At the same time, energy saving effect of the circuit components is also realized, which provides a solid backing and safety guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises.
