新农村建设视角下大学生村官创新发展研究

摘　　要：选派大学生到农村工作,对于加快推进社会主义新农村建设,培养造就经过基层实践锻炼、对人民群众怀有深厚感情的党政后备人才干部,具有重大而深远的影响。大学生村官计划是国家出台的一个导向性政策,是提高大学毕业生就业水平和促进农村发展问题的一个双赢战略。此计划的实施和推广对缓解我国当前巨大的就业压力和建设社会主义新农村具有双重意义。大学生村官的实施,给农村带来了致富能力强的领导者和适应时代发展的创新型人才,有利于我国农村的持续、健康、有序发展。Selecting college graduates to work in the countryside has great and far -reaching influence on accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside, cultivating and bringing up the party and gov- ernment cadres reserve talented person with the grass -roots practice and deep affection to the people. Col- lege graduates＇village official plan is a guidance policy the country has issued, is a win - win strategy to im- prove the college graduates＇ employment level and promote the development of countryside. The implemen- tation and promotion of the plan has double meaning to alleviate the current great employment pressure and the construction of socialist new countryside. The implementation of the college brings graduate village official the countryside the leaders with strong wealth creativity and innovative talents to adapt to the era of development, which is advantageous to our country rural sustainable, healthy and orderly development.
