摘 要:目的探讨QCC活动在提高出院患者电话随访成功率中的效果。方法组织QCC活动小组,确定"提高出院患者电话随访成功率"为活动主题。对影响出院患者电话随访成功率的缺陷项目进行原因分析,制定相应的改进措施并实施,实施后对比QCC实施前、中、后电话随访成功率、实施前后影响随访因素缺陷人次及无形成果各项目评分值,从而确定活动效果。结果实施QCC之后的电话随访成功率(89.90%)高于实施中(73.32%)且明显高于实施前(61.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访缺陷人次较实施前显著下降(P<0.05);目标达标率119.70%,进步率74.03%;无形成果各项目评分平均值实施后明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论实施QCC活动可明显提高出院患者电话随访成功率。Objective Discussion on QCC activity in the patients with the effect of telephone follow - up success rate. Methods OrganizadQCC group, to determine the "improve the success rate of discharged patients by telephone follow -up" as the theme. Analysis of the causes ofdefects of project success rate of discharged patients by telephone follow - up, formulate corresponding measures and implementation, after theimplementation of QCC, compared to before the implementation of telephone follow - up after successful rate, score before and after the imple-mentation of follow -up visits and influence factors of defects intangible results of the project,so as to determine the effect of activity. Restfits Telephone follow -up after implementing the QCC success rate( 89.90% )was higher than that in the implementation of(73.32% )and wassignificantly higher than before the implementation( 61.11% ), the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ; defect of passengers weresuccessfully followed up before the implementation effect is decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05 ) ;target standard rate of 119.70% ,improvementrate 74.03 % ;intangible results after the implementation of the project score was significantly higher than before (P 〈 O. 05 ). ConclusionImproving patient discharge telephone follow - up success rate obviously after the implementation of QCC activities.
