超声在诊断先天性融合肾畸形中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检超声对融合肾诊断价值及漏诊原因分析。方法回顾性分析11例在我院做健康体检并诊断为超声资料,均经磁共振成像(MRI)证实,超声诊断融合肾9例。结果 11例融合肾中,2例双肾完全在中线一侧,9例部分越过中线或在中线附近融合;7例在左侧融合,4例在右侧融合;3例呈"S"形融合,7例呈马蹄形融合,1例呈团状融合;伴肾发育不良1例,输尿管畸形6例,其中一侧输尿管膨出1例,1例输尿管开口异常。结论超声可以多方位、多层面清晰显示FR融合的形态、位置及有无合并其他畸形,为临床诊断提供更多参考,可以作为诊断FR首选方法。Objective To evaluate clinical application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of crossed fused renal ectopia（FR）.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 13 cases in our hospital for health examination and diagnosis of renal ultrasound data.All cases were confirmed by MRI.There were 9 cases diagnosed by ultrasound, 2 cases of missed diagnosis and 1 case of misdiagnosis.Results In 11 cases of FR, 2 cases with bilateral renal completely on one side of the midline, 9 cases across the midline or near the midline fusion;7 cases in the left side of the fusion, 4 cases in the right side of the fusion;3 cases were S shaped fusion, 7 cases were horseshoe fusion, 1 case showed nodular fusion;1 case with renal dysplasia, 6 cases with urethral malformation, in which 1 case was side prolapse of ureter and 1 case was of urethral abnormal opening.Conclusion Ultrasound can clearly show the shape and location of FR fusion and other abnormalities, and provide more reference for clinical diagnosis.It can be used as the preferred method for diagnosis of FR.
