摘 要:目的探讨血浆8-异前列腺素F2α是否是评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)疾病状态的生物标志物。方法检测血浆8-异前列腺素F2α在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of COPD,AECOPD)(n=41),慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(stable COPD,SCOPD)(n=49)和健康对照(n=36)三组研究对象的水平,分析吸烟对血浆8-异前列腺素F2α的影响以及AECOPD患者治疗前后血浆8-异前列腺素F2α的变化。结果 SCOPD组的血浆8-异前列腺素F2α水平较健康对照组明显升高(P<0.05),AECOPD组血浆8-异前列腺素F2α水平较SCOPD组进一步增高(P<0.05)。在SCOPD组和健康对照组中,吸烟组的血浆8-异前列腺素F2α水平较不吸烟组高(P<0.05);在AECOPD组,吸烟与非吸烟之间8-异前列腺素F2α水平并没有显著差异(P=0.07),AECOPD经住院治疗后患者血浆8-异前列腺素F2α水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论血浆8-异前列腺素F2α可能是慢性阻塞性肺疾病的潜在生物学标志,有助于疗效判断。Objective To explore the value of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α as a potential biomarker in the assessment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases( COPD). Methods Plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α levels were detected in 41 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD( AECOPD),49 cases of stable COPD( SCOPD) and 36 healthy controls. Effect of smoking on plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α levels was observed,and changes of plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α were detected in patients with AECOPD before and after treatment.Results Plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α level was significantly higher in COPD patients than that of healthy controls( P 〈 0. 05).Plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α level was higher in AECOPD patients than that of SCOPD( P 〈 0. 05). Level of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α was higher in smoking group than that of no-smoking group in SCOPD patients and healthy controls( P 〈 0. 05),but there was no significant difference of plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α level between smoking group and non-smoking group in AECOPD patients( P =0. 07). There was a significant decline of plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α level in AECOPD patients after treatment( P 〈 0. 05).Conclusion The 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α may be a potential biomarker of COPD,which can contribute to the therapeutic evaluation.
