摘 要:针对我国钢箱梁疲劳损伤问题,展开评价方法的研究,将模糊综合评定法应用于钢箱梁疲劳病害的评定。在现有疲劳评价方法分析基础上,结合钢箱梁疲劳病害多因素影响特点,建立钢箱梁疲劳病害评定指标体系,包括疲劳裂纹长度、裂纹增长速率、疲劳位置腐蚀程度、疲劳构造细节受力情况以及桥梁的在役时间。针对每个指标,通过工程实测数据及理论分析,划分5个等级并给出了相应分值。运用模糊数学理论和层次分析法,建立模糊综合评定模型,并通过实例评定,为钢桥面板疲劳病害的安全评估提供了计算步骤和过程。In order to solve the problem of fatigue damage of span steel box girder, the assessment method was studied and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to the assessment of steel box girder fatigue diseases. On the basis of the existing fatigue evaluation methods, and combining with the characteristics of steel box girder, of which fatigue diseases were influenced by multi-factor, the evaluation index system of the fatigue diseases was established, which included fatigue crack length, crack growth rate, the degree of corrosion, the stress distribution in structural details of fatigue damage, and the service time of bridge. Through the analysis of engineering measured data and theory, each index was classified into five ranks and gave the corresponding value. With the application of the fuzzy mathematics theory and AHP, the fuzzy comprehensive model was established. Based on the assessment example, it provides the calculation process and steps for the safety assessment on fatigue damage of steel box girder.
