摘  要:提出一种焊接预留孔钢筋浆锚搭接连接技术,通过对36个钢筋浆锚搭接连接试件的拉拔试验,研究其破坏形态、荷载-试件变形曲线以及裂缝发展过程等。试验中,33个试件为钢筋拉断破坏,3个搭接长度为0.3ll的试件发生了锚固破坏,且锚固破坏的试件出现了纵向贯穿劈裂裂缝。研究表明:该连接方式性能良好,可显著减小钢筋搭接长度。A new connection technique of anchorage rebar by grouting in a preformed grout holes surrouded stirrups with longitudinal reinforcements was designed, and the failure mode, loading-deformation curve and the development processes of cracks were studied through the pull-out tests of 36 grouting anchorage specimens. The research showed that the 33 specimens were rebar fracture failure mode, and the 3 specimens with the lap length of 0.3ll were anchor failure mode. The longitudinal cracks appeared in the 3 specimens were anchor failure mode. The connection technique had good performance in reducing lap length.
