摘 要:为了研究预应力碳纤维复材(CFRP)布加固钢筋混凝土方形截面柱的轴心受压力学性能,设计4根钢筋混凝土方形截面柱进行轴心受压试验,包括1根未加固的普通钢筋混凝土柱和3根预应力CFRP布加固的钢筋混凝土柱。通过试验获得了各试件破坏形态、受压极限承载力、轴向位移和CFRP布的应力应变曲线等试验数据,分析不同应力水平的CFRP布对钢筋混凝土方形截面柱加固后力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未加固的普通钢筋混凝土柱相比,采用预应力CFRP布加固试件的轴心受压承载力和延性均有明显的提高,提高幅度随应力水平的提高而增大;而且对CFRP施加预应力能避免纤维布的应力滞后问题,更好地发挥纤维布的高强性能。To study the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete square short columns strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets under axial compression, the axial compression experiment was performed on 4 designed RC square short columns, including 1 RC column and 3 RC columns strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets. Through the test the experimental data were obtained such as the failure pattern of columns, compression ultimate bearing capacity, axial displacement and the stress-strain curve of CFRP sheets. The influence of mechanical properties of CFRP sheets with different stress levels on the reinforced RC columns was analyzed. The results showed that compared with the unreinforced RC columns, the axial compression bearing capacity and ductility of the specimens that strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets were improved obviously, and increased with the increase of stress level. Applying prestressed CFRP could avoid stress hysteresis and improve the strength of fiber sheets.
