摘　　要：龙骨是古代哺乳动物的化石,是一种较常用的化石类矿物药,现代临床多用其组方柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤、桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤等治疗失眠、焦虑等各种神经官能症。目前龙骨现行质量标准不够系统完善;除此之外,因资源的不可再生性及国家对古生物化石保护力度的加大,龙骨的临床应用面临着一系列问题。目前,研究人员在对龙骨成分、锻造等分析的基础上,也在进行着龙骨药材的替代性研究。该文综述了化石类矿物药龙骨的现代应用及研究,以探讨化石类矿物药龙骨的现代应用及其可替代性。Longgu is the fossil of ancient mammals which was used as a common kind of mineral medicine. Longgu is always used to treat neurological diseases. Currently, the quality standard of Longgu is incomplete. Moreover, because of the non-renewable nature of the resource and the increase of national protection of fossils, the clinical application of Longgu is facing a series of problems. As the discovery of the ingredient and the development of forging technology researchers launched to search the substitutes of Longgu. The article summarizes the usage and the study of Longgu, in order that we can discuss the modern usage and substitutability of Longgu.
