摘 要:将结构可靠性理论与有限元法相结合,建立了火箭炮发射箱箱体的响应面随机有限元模型,并对箱体进行了刚强度可靠性分析和结构参数敏感度计算。以发射箱箱体质量最小为目标函数,以对发射箱箱体刚强度可靠度敏感性最高的3个参数为设计变量,以燃气流冲击作用下箱体刚强度可靠度为约束条件,对发射箱箱体进行优化设计。优化结果表明:在满足可靠度的条件下,发射箱箱体质量减小了12%。The response surface finite element model of the launch canister was established by combining reliability algorithm and finite element method, and the reliability analysis and parameter sensitivity calculation of the stiffness and strength of the container were carried out. The weight of launch canister was defined as objective function, the optimal design model was established by taking three parameters as design variables which have highest selectivity to reliability of the stiffness and strength, and the stiffness reliability and strength reliability are taken as constraints. The results of optimization design show that the weight of the launch canister reduced by 12% with the requirement of reliability.
