摘 要:效应推理是概念设计的重要方法,推理结果是否为创新解会影响功能分解的过程和结果。为能够在推理中取得创新解,提出以拓展变换支持创新的可拓学推理方法,将效应推理过程分为流拓展变换和效应拓展变换两个阶段,流拓展变换用来构建效应链,通过效应拓展变换产生创新解。对两极效应模型及其组合模式建立了关系元表达,来支持信息元的拓展变换;给出了流的相关与匹配定义,建立了基于匹配和相关分析的流拓展变换规则,支持正向、逆向及混合推理;分析了流拓展变换结果的特点,根据效应拓展变换的目的,提出采用解释结构模型分析效应拓展变换关系,实现效应拓展变换。机器人末端夹持器设计实例验证了所提方法的正确性。Effect reasoning is important for conceptual design, and the result of effect reasoning will directly avail the process and result of function decomposing. In order to generate the creative result, an extentics method is proposed. In proposal method, the process of effect reasoning is accomplished by two sub process, including flow extending process and effect extending process. Effect chain is constructed by flow extending process, then the effect chain is modified to generate the creative result by effect extending process. Two end-point effect model and their combination pattern is expressed by relation element to support the process of information element′ s extending; The definition of match and relation is introduced to build the reasoning rule which support forward and backward reasoning process; The features of flow extending results are described, and ISM method is adopted to express the extending relationship of flow extend results, then the visual expression of effect chain in different level and different zone is shown to support the effect extending process. The validity of proposal method is verified by the design of robot clamper.
