摘  要:应用SSR分子标记对4份不同来源的金沙柚种质及4份金沙柚近缘种质的遗传多样性进行分析。结果表明,通过筛选的26对引物,共检测到等位基因92个,多态性为53.68%;每对引物可检测到的等位基因数目为2~8个不等,平均每对引物扩增出3.54个等位基因。8份种质的亲缘关系较近,相似系数为0.729~0.924。在相似系数为0.738时,8份种质可以被划分为金兰柚组和沙田柚组两个组。SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 8 Jinsha pomelo germplasm and its closely related varieties from main planting area of Jiangxi province. A total of 92 alleles were detected from 26 pairs of selected primers with 53.68% of polymorphism; The alleles detected per locus were ranged from 2 to 8. On average, 3.54 alleles were amplified from per pair of primers. The similarity coefficient of 8 varieties is 0. 729-0. 924. According to the genetic similarities based on UPGMA method, all materials were divided into two groups of Jinlan pomelo and Shatian pomelo at the similarity coefficient of 0. 738.
