农村外出务工人员重点传染病防治知识手机短信干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解四川省农村外出务工人员乙肝、结核、艾滋病等重点传染病相关知识的知晓水平和行为现状,评价手机短信干预效果。方法采用自行设计的调查表于2013年1月—2014年12月,对四川省581名春节返乡的农村外出务工人员进行重点传染病防治知识问卷调查,开展手机短信干预及干预后问卷调查。结果通过手机短信干预教育,农村外出务工人员对传染病防治知识和相关健康行为形成率均有大幅度提高(P<0.05),干预前重点传染病相关知识总知晓率为50.8%,干预后69.3%,相关知识知晓率平均提高18.5%;干预前健康行为持有率为47.9%,干预后为65.3%,平均提高17.4%,但安全套使用的行为认知率仍很低,仅为17.1%。结论手机短信干预重点传染病防治知识,可以有效提高外出务工人员重点传染病防治相关知识知晓率和健康行为形成率。Objective To investigate the status of knowledge and behaviors about prevention and control of major infectious disease and to assess the effect of mobile short massage service （SMS） intervention on the knowledge and behavior among rural migrant workers in Sichuan province. Methods A SMS intervention on prevention and control of hepatitis B, tuberculosis, and human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （ HIV/AIDS ） were conducted among 581 rural migrant workers who returned home during the Spring Festival from January 2013 through December 2014 in 3 counties and 2 districts of Sichuan province. A self-designed questionnaire was self-administered by the participants before and by the end of the intervention. Results The knowledge rate and the formation rate of health behavior about major infectious diseases increased significantly among the participants of the intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 for all）. The overall knowledge rate about the major infectious diseases increased by 18.5% （from 50. 8% to 69. 3% ） and the overall formation rate of infectious disease prevention-related behavior increased by 17.4% （from 47. 9% to 65.3% ） by the end of the intervention,but the knowledge rate about condom use was still very low （ 17. 1% ） among the participants. Conclusion Mobil SMS intervention could effectively increase the rate of knowledge and behavior formation about major infectious diseases among rural migrant workers.
