摘  要:以丙烯腈生产废水为研究对象,通过间歇反应器对比了有无投加葡萄糖对污泥的沉降性、絮凝性和处理能力,以及胞外聚合物(EPS)的影响。结果表明,在进水COD、NH3-N、TKN和TCN浓度分别为1 210、127、251和10 mg/L时,投加葡萄糖系统的出水COD和NH3-N浓度分别为(146±19)和(7.5±3.5)mg/L,污泥EPS总量及多糖含量增加,污泥的絮凝性和稳定性得以改善;而未加葡萄糖的系统出现了污泥流失现象,出水水质恶化。Adding glucose is the key to the improvement of the sludge characteristics and the solu- tion to the loss of activated sludge in the treatment system of acrylonitrile wastewater. Two batch reactors were used in the experiment to simulate engineering devices and to study the impacts of glucose on the settleability, flocculation, and pollutants removal capacity of activated sludge, as well as the Extracellular Polymeric Substance (EPS). According to the results, when the concentrations of COD, NH3 - N, TKN, and TCN in the influent were 1 210, 127,251, and 10 mg/L, respectively, the concentrations of COD and NH3 - N in the effluent of the system with glucose added were ( 146 ± 19) and (7.5 ± 3.5 ) mg/L, respectively; the content of EPS and polysaccharide in the activated sludge increased and the characteristics of sludge was improved. Meanwhile, loss of activated sludge and deterioration in effluent was observed in the system without glucose added. This indicated that adding glucose contributed to maintaining a stable bio-system with high efficiency and better focculation of the activated sludge.
