摘 要:本研究运用LC-MS技术分析藏药莪达夏水部位体外化学成分、给药后大鼠血浆和肝微粒体中的移行成分。采用Diamondsil C18色谱柱梯度洗脱进行分离,负离子模式下采集谱图。通过文献比对,综合分析总离子流图等信息,对莪达夏水部位的化学成分及其体内移行成分进行定性研究。共推断出莪达夏水部位中40个化学成分,其中包括24个黄酮类成分、2个酰胺类化合物、1个糖苷类化合物和13个其它类化合物;确定给药后血浆中发现了8个原型成分和4个代谢物。该研究能够为阐明藏药莪达夏的药效物质基础提供一定依据,也对进一步研究藏药莪达夏有重要意义。In this study, LC-MS technology was adopted to analyze the chemical constituents in the water extract of Oxy'tropis falcata (EDX-S) in vitro and their components in plasma and liver microsomes of rat after oral administration. In addition, samples were separated by Diamondsil C18 column gradient elution, and spectra were acquired under negative ion mode. Through literature comparison and comprehensive analysis of total ion chromatogram, the chemical constituents in the water extract of O. falcata and their transitional components in vivo were qualitatively studied. In total, 40 compounds from EDX-S were detected, including 24 flavonoids, 2 amides, l glycoside compound, and 13 other compounds. After oral administration of EDX-S, 8 prototype compounds and 4 metabolites were detected in rat plasma. In conclusion, this study would provide certain reference for illustrating the pharmacodynamic material basis of O. falcata and might be of great importance in the further research of O. falcata.
