摘 要:互联网金融作为现代金融体系的重要组成部分,其风险状况已受到我国金融监管部门的高度关注。本文分析了互联网金融中第三方移动支付的风险类别,设计了涵盖5类一级指标和19项二级指标的第三方移动支付风险评价指标体系。在此基础上,本文运用层次分析法与模糊分析法构建了第三方移动支付风险评价模型,以某第三方移动支付平台为样本,对第三方移动支付风险评价模型进行了实证分析,并以此为依据,给出了相关的政策建议。本文的研究表明,现阶段我国第三方移动支付整体风险处于一般等级;移动网络安全风险占据主导地位,法律风险与业务风险次之,信用风险与操作风险的影响相对较弱;移动网络安全风险、信用风险、操作风险和法律风险均表现为一般风险,业务风险现状相对良好,且呈现较低的风险水平。本文的研究成果将为我国构建科学高效的第三方移动支付风险评价机制,提供重要的理论指导与决策参考。With the booming of internet finance, the third-party mobile payment market continues to spring up in recent years, attracting wide attention among industry and academia. Based on the summarization of main features in China's third-party mobile payment market, this paper constructs a two-dimension and five-level risk evaluation indicator system and also introduces the analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive fuzzy analysis into the evaluation model. By using the example of a third-party mobile payment company, this paper conducts an empirical analysis with the questionnaire data. Then, this paper gives some suggestions according to the empirical analysis. The results show that the overall risk of the third-party mobile payment in China is at the intermediate level; it mainly depends on mobile network security risk, and is relatively less affected by legal and business risk, more slightly influenced by credit risk and operating risk. The results also show that the business risk is low, the risk of mobile network security, credit, operating and legal are at the intermediate level. This paper could be helpful to provide scientific basis for the design of prudent and effective risk-controlling projects in China's third- party mobile payment market.
