摘  要:筛选了12种适合涤/锦织物印花的高色牢度液体分散染料,以液体分散染料、增稠剂、黏合剂组成印花色浆直接印花。考察了12种染料对涤纶、涤/锦织物印花性能的影响,并分析了分散染料的分子作用力与印花性能的关系。结果表明:大部分分散染料在涤/锦织物上的表观色深要小于在涤纶上的表观色深,6种偶氮苯类(红135、黄163、橙44、紫63、蓝183、蓝823)、3种偶氮杂环类(黄114、绿9、蓝284:1)和3种蒽醌类(红86、蓝60、蓝77)分散染料在涤/锦织物上具有较高的表观色深值,其皂洗色牢度和干湿摩擦色牢度都不低于4级。染料分子的总位阻能会影响到分散染料与锦纶纤维的相互作用力,当总位阻能的排斥力或吸收力增大时,有利于染料与锦纶纤维结合。12 liquid disperse dyes with excellent fastness are chosen for polyester/polyamide mixture printing. The printing paste is prepared with liquid disperse dyes, thickener and adhesive. The effects of 12 liquid disperse dyes on printing properties of polyester or polyester/polyamide mixture are studied. The performance and the relationship between the molecular force of the disperse dye and the printing performance are analyzed. The results show that the K/S value of most disperse dyes on the polyester/ polyamide mixture is lower than those on the polyester. 6 azobenzene disperse dyes (Red 135, Yellow 163, Orange 44, Purple 63, Blue 183 and Blue 823),3 heterocyclic azo dyes (Yellow 114, Green 9 and Blue 284:1) and 3 anthraquinone disperse dyes (Red 86, Blue 60 and Blue 77) have higher K/S value, superior soap color fastness and dry/wet rubbing color fastness (≥Level 4) on the polyester/polyamide mixture. The total steric hindrance energy of dye molecules is the influencing factor of the interaction force be- tween disperse dyes and polyamide fabric, the increase of the total steric hindrance energy of dye mole cules is conducive to the adsorption of dye and fiber.
