摘  要:采用氢氧化钠和耐碱分散染料用于涤纶织物的退浆、碱减量和染色一浴法加工。讨论了氢氧化钠、分散剂和耐碱分散染料用量,处理温度和时间等因素对涤纶织物K/S值、失重率和染色特征值的影响,测试了织物的强力、形貌和染色牢度。结果表明,染料质量分数为1%(omf)时,优化的一浴法工艺为:NaOH10 g/L,分散剂2 g/L,在130℃保温处理60 min。处理后纤维试样表面的浆料得到去除,同时纤维获得较好的碱减量效果。织物失重率达到23.85%,强力损失为27.70%,耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度均可达到4~5级。Sodium hydroxide and alkali-resistant disperse dyes are applied to one bath desizing, alkali de- weighting and dyeing of polyester fabrics. The effects of the concentrations of sodium hydroxide, dispersing agent and alkali-resistant disperse dyes, as well as temperature and time on K/S value, weight loss and color characteristics value of polyester fabrics are analyzed. The strength, morphology and color fastness of the fabric are tested. The results show that the optimal process is sodium hydroxide 10 g/L, dispersing agent 2 g/L, treating at 130℃ for 60 min when the concentration of alkali-resistant disperse dye is 1%(omf). After one bath treating, the size on fabric surface is removed effectively, and the fibers obtain a good alkali deweighting effect. The weight loss and strength loss rates of treated fabric reach 23.8.7% and 27.70%, respectively. The color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of dyed fabrics reach Grade 4-5.
