摘　　要：目的通过对血液收回工作的全面分析,甄别存在的问题,探求改进的方法。方法对血液收回活动进行分类,对引发血液收回活动的原因进行汇总,对中国输血协会2015年相关调研数据进行整理分析。结果我国不同采供血机构对血液收回工作的认识、理解及重视程度差异较大。对由同一原因引发的血液收回活动,不同采供血机构的处理流程和方法各不相同。结论目前我国缺少能够指导采供血机构具体开展血液收回工作的相关技术规范和操作指南,这意味着可能存在安全风险的血液不能被全部及时识别和有效处理。因此,针对存在的问题提出改进建议,以进一步完善和规范血液收回工作,对更好地构建输血安全体系、保证患者输血安全具有十分重要的意义。Objective To identify the existing problems and explore improved methods through a comprehensive analysis of blood product retrieval and recall in China. Methods Blood product retrievals and recalls were classified. The reasons for the retrievals and recalls were listed and categorized. The combined survey data from CCSBT （ Committee of Chinese Society of Blood Transfusion） were analyzed. Results The views and understanding on blood product retrievals and recalls were hugely different in different blood establishments throughout our country. Therefore, the common reason initiating the decision and handling process of a retrieval or recall was often not uniform. Conclusion At present, there are few specific formal rules or guidelines as to how blood retrievals and recalls should be handled for blood establishments in China. Blood collection and supply establishments generally have wide discretion in the management of retrievals and recalls, which means the potentially dangerous blood products might not be removed correctly and promptly from distribution. Recommendations to the issues existing in current recalls and withdrawals system might be a valuable contribution to build up a safer blood transfusion system and to assure the safety of recipients.
