摘  要:目的实现小剂量红细胞制备的自动化和标准化。方法将小剂量去白红细胞制备关键控制点,融入全自动血液成分分离机的控制软件中,进行编程,从而实现成分分离机来制备小剂量去白悬浮红细胞产品。结果使用成分分离机制备的小剂量去白悬浮红细胞,分装后的小剂量产品容量稳定,分别为(50.77±7.68)和(50.30±6.22)m L(P>0.05);血红蛋白含量均匀,分别为(10.01±1.79)和(9.97±1.59)g(P>0.05);小剂量去白悬浮红细胞应用于临床后,患儿血红蛋白的实际升高值和理论值,分别为(83.50±9.53)和(80.50±5.46)g/L(P>0.05)两者比较无统计学差异,符合国家相关标准要求。结论使用成分分离机制备的小剂量去白悬浮红细胞产品能够保证质量且临床治疗效果肯定。Objective To achieve a small amount of leukoreduced red blood cells suspension preparation of automation and standardization. Methods Pediatric units of leukoreduced red blood cell suspension were placed in the key control points into the software program. The separation machine was used to prepare pediatric units of leukoreduced red blood cell suspension. Results The use of component separation mechanism of pediatric units of leukoreduced red blood cell suspension showed that the weights of the red blood cells were ( 50.77 ± 7.68) and ( 50.30 ± 6.22) mL ( P〉 0.05), respectively. The hemoglobin contents were ( 10. 01 ± 1.79) and (9. 97 ± 1.59)g (P〉0. 05), respectively. After infusion of the pediatric units of leukoreduced red blood cell suspension, the hemoglobin contents were ( 83. 50±9. 53) and ( 80. 50±5.46) g/L (P〉0. 05), respectively. There was no statistical difference, which were in accordance with the relevant national standards. Conclusion The use of component separation machine prepares pediatric units of leukoreduced red blood cell suspension to ensure the quality and certainty of clinical treatment.
