摘 要:目的对2015-2016年江苏地区12家采供血机构参加血液成分细菌检测室间质评项目的 4个项目批次的结果进行回顾性分析,总结评价室间质评项目效果。方法从2015年7月开始,江苏省内12家采供血机构以相对独立的方式,整体参加CITIC血液成分细菌检测室间质评项目。参评实验室将检测结果汇总至本中心,经初步分析后上报项目组。将4次室间质评结果与项目总评报告结合,回顾分析参评以来各单位细菌检测能力提升情况。结果到2016年7月,共开展了4次细菌检测室间质评项目,每次检测10个质评标本。共发现2例假阳性和3例假阴性检测结果,阳性样本检出时间CV值范围为9%-27%。总体检出符合率从96.67%提高至100%。结论通过参加细菌室间质评,建立评价血站对于血液样品中细菌检测水平的能力验证试验项目,为实验室质量改进提供帮助。Objective To summarize and analyze the results obtained from CITIC external quality assessment schemes on Bacterial Testing for Blood Screening in 2015 and 2016, and to improve the performance of bacterial detection in the quality control laboratories of twelve blood banks in Jiangsu Province. Methods The external quality assessment samples were tested and the results were reported from July 2015. The bacterial strains from the positive culture flasks were identified. The results of laboratories from twelve blood banks were summarized and compared with the expected results. Results Four batches of bacterial strains samples were detected by 2016. Two false positive samples and three false negatives samples were identified. The coincidence rate gradually increased from 96. 6% to 100%, while the variable coefficient range of the detection time of the positive samples were 9% to 38%. Conclusion Participation in the CITIC external quality assessment schemes on Bacterial Testing for Blood Screening is helpful for blood banks to improve the accuracy and reliability of bacterial detection during blood screening.
