低碳经济视角下北京市新能源产业发展模式研究

摘　　要：低碳经济下发展新能源是北京市优化能源结构、推进产业升级和增强创新实力的重要举措。文章从产业创新能力、市场发展能力、产业战略能力和产业环境建设等四个维度构建北京市新能源产业评价体系,根据定量研究结果提出北京市新能源汽车的集成创新模式、太阳能和风能的龙头带动模式、地热能的中小企业集群模式以及生物质能的产学研联盟模式。The new energy industry of Beijing has been identified as an important contributor to promote industrial upgradingand improve innovation capacity under the low-carbon economy perspective. The paper built up an index system to evaluate newenergy industry of Beijing, including industry innovative capability, market development capability, industry strategy capabilityand industry environment. Based on the assessment results, the paper put forward four modes to promote the development ofnew energy industry in Beijing, which consists of integrated innovation mode, leading enterprises driving mode, small andmedium-sized enterprise cluster mode and industry-university-research alliance mode.
