摘　　要：合理测算生态补偿资金数量及其分配方式是生态补偿研究的重点与难点。以南水北调中线工程水源区为例,在全面评估水源区生态服务价值的基础上,综合考虑区域经济发展水平和调入水量等因素,估算生态系统服务价值调节系数,尝试性地研究了水源区生态补偿资金数量及分配方式。结果表明:2014年水源区生态服务价值总量为3 225.97亿元,比2006年增加159.45亿元;中央政府承担水源区生态补偿资金量为18.8亿元,河南、河北、天津和北京等省市承担生态补偿资金量分别为11.28亿元、10.43亿元、3.1亿元和3.38亿元;陕西、湖北、河南和四川等4省水源地分配到的生态补偿资金数量分别为30.4亿元、9.15亿元、5.86亿元和1.56亿元。It is the emphasis and difficulty of ecological compensation research to reasonably measure the quantity and allocationmeans of ecological compensation fund. The paper taking the example of the water sources area of the Middle Route Schemeof the South-North Water Diversion Project and based on the comprehensive evaluation of the water sources area＇s ecologicalservice value, considered factors such as regional economic development level and the water transferred into. Then the paperestimated the ecosystem service value adjustment coefficient and tentatively studied the ecological compensation ftmd quantityand allocation means of the water sources area. The results showed that the total ecological service value of water sources areain 2014 is 322.597 billion CNY, more than 15.945 billion CNY in 2006. The ecological compensation amount undertaken by thecentral government is 1.88 billion CNY, and the funds undertaken by Henan, Hebei, Tianjin and Beijing are 1.128 billion CNY,1.043 billion CNY, 310 million CNY and 338 million CNY, respectively. The ecological compensation funds allocated to Shaanxi,Hubei, Henan and Sichuan are 3.04 billion CNY, 915 million CNY, 586 million CNY and 156 million CNY, respectively.
