摘 要:以黑龙江省12个地级市为研究对象,选取2005、2008、2011和2014年为评价时点,采用聚类分析和方差分析筛选指标的方法,建立新型城镇化质量与土地集约利用效益评价指标体系,借助耦合协调度模型和探索性空间分析方法对两系统间的耦合协调性及其时空分异进行评价,结果表明:(1)黑龙江省各市土地集约利用效益大多滞后于新型城镇化质量,城市间土地集约利用效益差异显著;(2)新型城镇化质量与土地集约利用效益均处在颉颃耦合阶段,以中等强度耦合为主,高强度耦合城市渐少;(3)新型城镇化质量与土地集约利用效益协调度相对较高的城市呈典型"T"型地域分布特征,与优质协调存在一定差距,但呈不断优化态势;(4)城市间的协调性呈弱相似属性随机分布状态,集聚状态趋好但远不及最佳规模效应;协调性的次热点区数增加,冷点区数减少,冷热点演变渐趋稳定,热点区型主要分布在黑龙江省西南部和南部。This paper takes the 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province as the objects of the research and chooses the year of 2005, 2008, 2011 and 2014 as its evaluation time, adopting the analysis method of SPSS clustering and variance analysis to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of new-type urbanization quality and intensive land use efficiency. What's more, based on coupling coordination degree and exploratory spatial data analysis, this paper comprehensively analyzes the coupling coordination degree and its spatio-temporal differentiation, finally the results indicate that: 1)the efficiency of intensive urban land in Heilongjiang Province lags behind the quality of new-type urbanization,and the levels of intensive land use are significantly different; 2)the coupling degree is in antagonistic period, mainly in moderate coupling, and the number of cities in high coupling is decreasing; 3)The cities with high coupling coordination degree present a typical "T" regional distribution characteristics, and there is a certain gap between the overall coordination and high quality coordination, while the coordination appears continuous optimization situation as a whole; 4)The coordination among different cities exhibits weak random distribution of similar attributes, hot spots mainly distribute in the southwest and south of Heilongjiang Province, and spatial pattern of coordination degree in hotspot classes gradually stabilized.
