摘 要:为解决极近距离煤层开采下分层时,回采巷道受上分层采动以及本工作面超前应力影响,维护极其困难的难题,以新疆西沟煤矿IW301工作面为工程背景,深入分析上分层IW401工作面和本分层IW301工作面回采时,对IW301工作面运输巷及回风巷影响的力学机制,并据此提出采用断顶孔、卸压孔和高强支护结合的复合控顶技术。工业性试验结果表明,复合控顶技术对极近距离煤层外错布置方式下的回采巷道控制效果显著;经治理后,IW301回风巷顶底板最大变形215 mm,两帮最大变形135 mm,巷道整体状况良好。治理方案可供类似条件下的巷道围岩控制提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the mining roadway is affected by the upper layer mining and the advanced stress of the working face, The maintenance and the difficult problems are solved, Based on the engineering background of IW301 working face in Xinjiang coal mine,further analysis on the working surface and the layered IW401 layered IW301 working face mining, the mechanical mechanism of IW301 headentry and return air roadway influence, and puts forward the composite control of roof broken hole, pressure relief hole and high strength support with top technology. The treatment scheme can provide reference for the control of surrounding rock under similar conditions.
