摘 要:以某锥柄锥套组成的精密配合体为研究对象,依据结构设计和装配精度确定配合体的技术要求,针对应如何合理安排加工工艺才能保证配合体最终加工精度的问题。通过了解配合体整体结构和锥柄锥套材料的切削性能,并分析配合体以及锥柄锥套的加工精度,进而按典型轴套零件制定了单一零件法加工工艺,检验发现将加工合格的锥柄锥套装配成配合体后,配合体的最终精度却不符合要求。最后在单一零件法加工工艺的基础上制定了整体零件法加工工艺,实践证明,综合考虑配合体内每个零件的加工工艺,组成合理的整体零件法加工工艺才是保证配合体最终精度的关键。Precision fitted with a taper shank taper sleeve of body as the research object, according to the structure design and assembly accuracy to determine the technical requirements of ligand, aimed at how to reasonable arrangement of processing technology to ensure the machining accuracy of ligand eventually. By mastering ligand structure as a whole and taper shank taper sleeve material cutting performance, and analyzes the ligand and taper shank taper sleeve machining precision, and formulated the method of single parts according to the typical shaft sleeve parts processing technology, processing inspection found will be qualified taper shank taper sleeve assembly into ligand, the final precision of ligand doesn't conform to requirements. Finally in the method of single parts processing technology on the basis of summarizing the method of integral parts processing technology, practice has proved that comprehensive consideration with the body each parts processing technology, formed a reasonable method of integral parts processing technology is the key to ensure accuracy of ligand eventually.
