某电厂SCR烟气脱硝系统氨分布均匀性试验与分析

摘　　要：通过对某电厂SCR脱硝系统出入口烟气流速、NOx浓度以及氧含量等参数测试,调节喷氨量,进行氨分布均匀性试验。结果表明,该电厂SCR脱硝系统氨均布调整试验前A、B侧出口烟气中NOx浓度相对标准偏差较大,分别为80%和78%,烟气中NH3浓度分布与NOx浓度分布不匹配;氨均布调整试验后烟气中NH3浓度分布与NOx浓度分布相匹配,A、B侧烟气NOx浓度相对标准偏差较小,分别为14%和17%,脱硝效率和脱硝出口烟气中NH3浓度满足性能保证值。The ammonia distribution uniformity test is carried out by measuring the parameters with flow rate, NOx coneentration and oxygen content in the exit anti inlet of SCR denitrifieation system. The result shows that the relative standard deviation of NO concen- tration in the exit of A and B side is 80% and 78% respectively, the NH3 concentration distribution does not match with the distrihu- tion of NO concentration in the SCR flue gas denitrification system. The NH3 concentration matches with the distribution of NOV concen- tration after tests, Its relative standard deviations is 14% and 17% respectively. The denitrifieation efficiency and NH3 concentration meet the requirements of perfnrmance guaranteed value.
