摘　　要：介绍了EG-2490电子称重式给煤机的构成,分析了运行中常见的轴承和皮带损坏、清扫链故障、微机处理器损坏、电源板隔离变压器烧损、称重传感器损坏、控制面板黑屏等故障结果及产生的原因,提出了相应的处理办法。This paper introduces EG - 2490 electronic weighing type coal feeder＇s structure and proposes the faults and the reasons for bearing and strap tailure, cleaning chain, microcomputer processor failure, the burning of power planes isolation transtormer, weigh- ting sensor failure and blank screen of control panel. The solutions are proposed in this paper.
