摘 要:针对DMDHEU树脂整理后织物甲醛释放量高的问题,采用一步法工艺合成DMDHEU树脂,然后通过丙三醇对DMDHEU树脂进行醚化改性,研究具有良好防皱效果和较低甲醛释放量的树脂整理剂。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、纳米粒度与Zeta电位等测试方法对改性前后的DMDHEU树脂性能进行表征。同时,通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等设备对树脂整理前后的亚麻织物表面形态和结构变化进行了表征。研究结果表明:经丙三醇改性DMDHEU树脂整理后的亚麻织物结晶度降低,亚麻纤维表面变得光滑。丙三醇改性DMDHEU树脂的含固量为60.02%,游离甲醛量为0.59%,经改性DMDHEU树脂整理后的亚麻织物的折皱回复角为114.96°,甲醛释放量为13.5 mg/kg,能够达到防皱整理的目的,满足超低甲醛防皱整理的要求。In the view of high formaldehyde emission of finished fabric with DMDHEU resin, a DMDHEU resin is prepared by one-step process followed by modified with glycerol to make a resin finishing agent with good anti-wrinkle effect and low formaldehyde release. The properties of DMDHEU resin and modified DMDHEU resin are characterized by FTIR, size distributions and zeta potential meter. Meanwhile, the surface morphology and microstructure changes of pristine linen and finished linen are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the crystallinity of finished linen with glycerol modified DMDHEU resin decreases and its surface becomes smoother. The solid content and free formaldehyde of modified DMDHEU resin are 60.02% and 0.59% respectively. The crease recovery angle and formaldehyde emission of finished linen with modified DMDHEU resin are 114.96° and 13.5 mg/kg respectively, which could meet the requirements of super low formaldehyde crease-resist finishing.
