摘  要:探讨了SMS无纺布最优抗菌整理工艺及其抗菌效果。设计了4因素3水平正交试验,采用浸渍烘干法用抗菌整理剂对SMS无纺布进行抗菌整理,得到9块整理后的SMS布样;利用振荡法测试SMS布样的抗菌性能,计算各试样的抑菌率。结果表明:未经过抗菌整理的SMS无纺布不具有抗菌性,经过抗菌整理后的SMS无纺布具有良好的抗菌性能。各因素对整理效果影响大小的排序为:整理剂浓度>浸渍时间>烘干温度>烘干时间。最优整理工艺为:整理剂质量浓度40 g/L、浸渍时间30 min、烘干温度100℃、烘干时间6 min。结果认为,抗菌整理赋予了SMS无纺布优良的抗菌性能。The optimal antibacterial finishing process and the antibacterial activity of SMS nonwoven fabrics are discussed. The orthogonal tests with 4 factors and 3 levels are designed using dip-dry method. In orthogonal test, nine finished SMS samples are obtained, their antibacterial activity are tested by Shake flask method and the antimicrobial rates are calculated. The test results show that the SMS nonwoven fabric without antibacterial finishing has no antibacterial activity and the SMS nonwoven fabrics after antibacterial finishing has good antibacterial activity. The sequence of four factors affecting antimicrobial rate is: finishing agent concentration 〉 dipping time 〉 drying temperature〉drying time. The optimum finishing process is as follows: the concentration of finishing agent is 40 g/L, the dipping for 30min, and drying at 100℃ for 6 min. It is considered that the antibacterial finishing can impart the SMS nonwoven fabric excellent antibacterial properties.
