摘 要:高捻度细旦包覆纱具有包覆效果好、比表面积大、吸湿透气性好等特点,可用来开发高档服装面料、超薄透明织物等产品。但传统包覆工艺生产高捻度包覆纱时,存在效率低、成本高、价格贵等问题。通过对传统包覆工艺的改进,开发了一种包覆转速可达40 000 r/min的新型高速包覆装置,极大地提高了高捻度包覆纱的生产效率。在分析纱线张力对包覆纱及其织物风格影响的基础上,研究了气圈控制环对纱线张力的控制规律,为开发超薄超轻、风格多样的包覆纱织物提供了新方法。The superfine and high-twist covered yarn has the features of better covering effect, larger specific surface area, stronger moisture absorption and breathability and so on. It can be used to develop high-grade, uhrathin and hyaline products. However, lower efficiency, higher cost and expensive price are existed in high-twist covered yarn production with traditional covering technology. By improving traditional covering technology, a new covering technology and device are developed. Its rotate-speed could reach 40 000 r/min and significantly improve the production efficiency of high-twist covered yarn. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the yarn tension and the style about covered yarn and fabric, the principle of controlling the yarn tension by balloon control ring is researched. It can provide a new method to develop the uhrathin covered yarn and fabric with various styles.
