摘　　要：粘胶短纤维的生产过程耗汽量较大,如何节约使用蒸汽是企业发展的关键问题之一。结合粘胶短纤维的生产实际,对其生产过程中原液工段、纺练工段、酸浴工段和公用工程工段等环节的节约用汽途径和方法进行了探讨,并提出了具体的节汽措施。评价结果显示,采用节汽措施后节汽效果明显,对生产具有指导意义。The production of viscose staple fiber consumes a large amount of steam in the process. How to save steam is one of the key issues of enterprise development. Based on the actual production of viscose staple fiber, the ways and methods of saving steam in the production process of viscose staple fiber such as stoste, spinning practice, acid bath and utilities are discussed in detail, and the specific steam saving measures are proposed. The evaluation results show that the effect of saving steam is significant after using steam conservation measures, which has a guiding significance to production.
