摘 要:基于色织面料清洁生产技术,对纱线选择、织物设计、生产工艺流程和工艺技术条件进行了探讨。为符合当前低碳、短流程、高效率的清洁型纺织生产技术的需要,制定了相应生产方案,通过优选烧毛丝光棉线,免去上浆和退浆工序;采用ReactEVO?活性染料染色后处理工艺,可节水50%、节时18.2%、节约能耗60%;优化织造上机工艺及后整理工艺,确保了面料强力、耐水洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度达到高档衬衫服用要求,不仅实现了短流程、低碳、清洁化生产,而且提高了生产效率。Based on clean production technologies of yarn-dyed fabric, the selection of yarns, weave design, production process and technical requirements are analyzed and discussed. To meet the requirement of low-carbon, short-process and high-efficiency of textiles processing, the responding product is proposed. Choose the singed and mercerized cotton yarns and there is no need of sizing and desizing. Post-treatment of reactive yarn dyeings is carried out with RectiveEVO series with energy saving of water 50%, energy 60% and time 18.2%. The optimum weaving processing and finishing processing can ensure the tenacity, color fastnesses to washing and rubbing meet the requirements for dressing. The new process can improve the production efficiency and realize low-carbon, short-process and clean-production for textiles .
