摘  要:采用三氯化铝作催化剂,对有机硅低沸物进行歧化,制备氯硅烷单体研究了催化剂用量对原料转化率的的影响和反应温度对氯硅烷单体组分的影响,分析了单个歧化周期内氯硅烷单体各组分变化情况。结果表明:AlCl_3最佳用量为0.55%,此时转化率最高达90.82%。最佳反应温度为(155±3)℃,此时,二甲基二氯硅烷的选择性较好,最高含量达49.43%,有利于提高歧化装置的整体经济效益。Chlorosilane monomer was prepared by aluminum chloride as the catalyst, by disproportionation of the silicone low boiling residue. Effects of the amount of catalyst on the conversion of raw materials and the effect of reaction temperature on the monomer composition of chlorosilane were investigated. The changes of chlorosilane monomer components were analyzed in a single disproportionation cycle. Results show that the optimum dosage of AlCl3 is 0.55% , and the conversion rate is up to 90.82%. The optimum reaction temperature is ( 155 ± 3) ℃. At this time, the selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane is good, with the highest content of 49.43 %, which is beneficial to improve the overall economic benefit of disproportionation device.
