大幅增量条件下朔黄铁路运输组织优化研究

摘　　要：朔黄铁路煤炭运输需求的大幅增加,给朔黄铁路运输能力带来较大压力。为挖潜提效,提高朔黄铁路运输能力,在阐述朔黄铁路大幅增量的基础上,针对目前存在的机车及乘务员数量存在缺口、黄骅港站翻车机翻后牵出调车能力不足、黄万线通过能力紧张、车流不均衡现象较为突出等问题,提出加速机车周转、黄骅港站作业组织优化、黄万线电化改造、加强车流调整、压缩神池南站列车追踪间隔等运输组织优化的措施。The sharply increasing coal transport demand brings great pressure to the transport capability of Shuohuang railway. In order to tap potential, increase efficiency and increase transport capacity of Shuohuang railway, on the basis of expounding sharply increasing transport volume of the railway, targeting with the existing problems, including the shortage of locomotive and driver, insufficient leading and shunting capability of dumper after dumping at Huanghuagang Station, tense carrying capacity of Huanghua-Wanjia railway and continuous unbalance of vehicle flow, this paper puts forward the measures such as accelerating locomotive turnover, optimizing the operation organization of Huanghuagang Station, carrying out electrified reconstruction of Huanghua-Wanjia railway, strengthening vehicle flow adjustment and shortening the tracking interval in Shenchi South Station.
