多层螺旋CT在肾盂旁囊肿诊断及分型中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在肾盂旁囊肿诊断及分型中的价值。方法对本院2015年2月至2016年3月收集的17例肾盂旁囊肿的患者的影像资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果本组17例肾盂旁囊肿患者中,左肾10例,右肾7例,有13例为Ⅰ型(单发类圆形),4例为Ⅱ型(多发蔓藤状)。肾盂旁囊肿的MSCT表现为肾窦区无强化的类圆形、蔓藤状或不规则状的囊性病灶,延迟扫描无造影剂进入囊肿内,而周边肾盂及肾盏受压变形,内可见造影剂充盈。结论 MSCT在肾盂旁囊肿的诊断及分型中有十分重要的价值。Objective To investigate the value of MSCT in diagnosis and classification of parapelvic cyst. Methods The image data from February 2015 to March 2016 collected 17 patients with parapelvie cyst in our hos- pital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seventeen cases of patients with parapelvic cyst, 10 cases in left and 7 cases in right, 13 cases of type I （single round）, 4 cases of type II （multiple vine-like）. All parapelvic cysts showed cystic lesions located in renal sinus without enhancement and no contrast medium got into them in the delay phase, whereas,the pelvis and calices renales besides them were compressed and deformed with contrast medium got into them. Conclusion MSCT has very important value in the diagnosis and classification of parapelvic cyst .
