摘  要:目的探讨健康成人髌软骨磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)FA值变化规律。方法选择健康志愿者40名80个膝关节,采用GE Discovery MRI 750 3.0T磁共振扫描仪DTI成像,将数据传输到GE工作站(ADW4.6),经Functool中软件处理后产生髌软骨的FA伪彩图,选取股骨内侧髁、外侧髁、股骨髌面3个部位为测量感兴趣区,测量软骨各部位表层、中间层、深层的FA值,每点重复测量3次,取平均值,由3名中级以上职称的MRI医师双盲法阅片并达成一致意见。结果 80个髌软骨均获得了满意的FA伪彩图,分为3层结构,呈蓝色-绿色-蓝色,关节下骨呈深蓝色,关节液呈红色,三层结构的FA平均值为:表层(0.436±0.091)ms,中间层(0.418±0.097)ms,深层(0.456±0.095)ms,三者比较显示深层FA最高,中间层FA最低,表层居中。结论研究健康人髌软骨DTI成像,测量FA值,对早期诊断髌软骨损伤和监测病变进展临床意义较大,为进一步研究髌软骨病变奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the healthy adult patellar cartilage magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging FA value change rule. Methods Choose 40 healthy volunteers 80 knee joints, using GE Discovery 750 DTI 3.0 T MRI scanner imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to transmit data to GE workstation (ADW4.6), after the Functool software treatment of patellar cartilage FA pseudo color map, select the medial condyle, the lateral femoral condyle, patellar femoral three parts to measure interest area, measurement of each part of the cartilage surface layer, middle layer and deep FA values, each point of repetitive measure 3 times, get average, three intermediate above title of MRI physicians double-blind read and come to an agreement. Result Eighty patellar cartilage were obtained sat- isfactocy FA pseudo color map, could be divided into three layers structure, the blue-green-blue, under the joint bone was dark blue, joint fluid red, FA average of the three layer structure was the surface of (0.436±0.091)ms, middle tier (0.418±0.097)ms, depth was (0.456±0.095)ms, after comparison deep rer shows deep FA, middle tier FA lowest, surface center. Conclusion DTI patellar cartilage imaging study of healthy people and FA value measurement and monitoring progress have clinical significance for early diagnosis of patellar cartilage injury, laid the foundation for the further study of patellar cartilage lesions.
