摘　　要：目的通过探讨自身免疫性胰腺炎的影像学表现,评估影像学诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析5例自身免疫性胰腺炎患者的影像资料,5例患者均做CT平扫及增强扫描,其中3例做磁共振成像(MRI)及薄层磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)检查;4例手术病理证实,1例临床治疗证实。结果 5例CT平扫密度减低,增强后病变区动脉期血流灌注降低;3例MRI为长T_1长T_2改变;4例为弥漫性肿大,1例局限性肿大;2例胆总管近端胆管扩张、远端狭窄,增强后狭窄段胆管壁延时强化;3例胰腺导管轻度不规则狭窄。结论自身免疫性胰腺炎影像学表现具有特征性,根据影像学表现可对多数患者作出正确诊断。Objective To investigate the imaging characteristic of autoimmune pancreatitis （AIP）, evaluating the clinical value of the imaging diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the image data of five AIP cases, the plain and enhanced CT scanswereconducted among 5 patients, MRI and thin MRCP examinations were detected in 3 individuals. Results Five cases CT plainscan density reduced, enhanced CT scan showed blood flow perfusion re- duceddue with inlesions; MRI changesof three casesindicated long T1 and T2; 4 participants of diffuse swelling, one case of local enlargement; two cases of bile duct dilatation of proximal and distal stenosis, Enhanced scan delayed strengthening of bile duct stricture; 3 patients of pancreatic ductal irregular narrowing slightly. Conclusion AIP have characteristic imaging findings, it was concluded that the majority of patients based on imaging findings can make a correct diagnosis.
