摘　　要：合理的安全投资[1]对于改善企业生产环境条件、保障人员安全与健康、减少物质财产损失起着至关重要的作用,是任何企业不可忽略的关键一环。对于安全投资,尤其是当投资总额不能满足各个投资项目的需求时[2],不同投资分配决策往往导致安全效用存在较大差异。针对以上问题,先利用层次分析求得各因素权重,后用目标规划的方法进行决策,通过控制决策前后安全效果的偏差大小来实现更加合理的安全投资分配。Reasonable safety investment plays an important role in improving the production environment ,ensuring the safety and health of people,and reducing the loss of material property.When the safety investment could not meet the needs of various projects[2], different investment allocation decision often leads significant effectiveness .To solve the above problems,the AHP was firstly used to calculate the weight of different factors,then the multi-objective planing was used for making decision.By controlling the effectiveness of production＇s deviation,the reasonable allocation could be realized.
